Zaph's ZDT3 uses the 7" Dayton RS180. I have a feeling he is using the RS180S-8, the 8 ohm model not, the RS180-4 (4 ohm).
His tests call it the RS180, but the test data makes me think it is the RS180S (Re = 8.3 ohms). In the article he calls it the RS180 (no S in the model number), however in the article he states that it is a 4 ohm design, and two 8 ohm woofers in parallel back this up.
Anyone agree?

He posted a reply in another forum. It is the RS180S, the 8 ohm version. I should have known better, but I got excited and pulled the trigger without double checking.
