What do you think of crossing the tweeter below 2kHz? I understand the reason why - better dispersion but wouldn't it be too stressed for the tweeter? The Zaph ZA5.2 project below shows pretty good frequency response but sometimes it doesn't tell the whole story. I wonder if it will sound with too much sibilance and harshness especially with female voice.
Also with a 5in. woofer, do you really need to cross that low. The 5in. should have decent dispersion so maybe somewhere around 2.2k - 2.5k would be a better compromise - good dispersion but more natural sounding?
But for only $200US, I am temping to buy a set just to hear how good the ZA5.
