I suspect this a is a copy by K.Guss, whoever they are in china heh. I do wonder if a genuine YJ model would have this problem. I guess the pre-amps are perhaps ones that are more noisy than ne5532?
I wonder if the tpa3255 2.1 amp with ne5532 preamp but too small cap would have better noise floor?

Doctormord Thank you for your previous cut trace suggestions. Helped me to have courage to test and cut traces 🙂 and confirm the bt module power traces 🙂 which i was unsure off. as i’m not familiar with bt modules.
the speaker relay, seams to have a simple few sec delay. Seams to be speaker protection from turn on pop. I wonder if pop comes from, not just power up but from bt or rca input relay switching causing a pop.
If amp turned on/off within a sec or two. the relay comes come too soon and you get speaker pop.
looking at the feedback for the ne5532 is1864s newer 2.1 amp. I see someone mentions a loud turn on pop. I see that newer version does not have a 2rd speaker protection relay. I wonder if adding a delay to input switching or amp mute on turn on would fix that problem. or disabling Bluetooth, so theres no input switching, ha! like i have done with this amp. or use external speaker protection module. got a photo of one at http://social.aross.me

I don’t remember my e3audio amps having speaker turn on/off pop problem 🙂. They don’t like single end input being dis/connected while powered up. theres a pop from speakers i think i remember... and fault protection is triggered. requiring a power on/off to rest.
