Here is a owners manual.

The cap values are marked on the caps. Check the power supply for correct voltages first. The Eq is only worth about $50 on ebay at best so its not worth a lot of trouble.

You might try Yamaha or see if there is a pro sound contractor in your area as this was a common low priced unit about 33 or so years ago and they should have a schematic. If not its still an easy fix without a schematic. Its an analog unit and not particularly good sounding either.

Equalizers generates noise in loudspeakers when switched on. When they are switched off from the signal path noise disappears. i have tried both xlr and rca/jack with same result.
Occasionally one channel gives a thump. They are running at max output level on the front side knob.
Any ideas on what could generates this irritating noise?
