I meassures that a toroidal transformer shoud be 80 mm max outer diam, completely asembled.
61 mm is the max. hight between the shield plate under the mixer pcb board and the botom of the case, for any trafo, toroidal or standart square type.

I measured that a toroidal transformer (completely assembled) would have to be 78 to 80 mm outside diameter
The space between the shield below the mixer pcb board and and bottom of the case is not higher than 61 mm. That is either for a toroidal or a traditional trafo with rectangular core.
