Y-Tech driver IC

Does anyone recognize the Y-Tech driver IC on this board? I'm looking for any information on it. If it appears to be a re-badged IC, please post the part number for the IC it could be.

I know this is very old thread but i am curious if you ever found out what this was. Only thing i could find was the package data and and a handfull of IC's from Rohm with this package style.

Package / Case: 28-SOP (0.295", 7.50mm Width) + 2 Heat Tabs
Supplier Device Package: 28-HSOP-M
