Xtant 603x Need help identifying transistor

Hi,

I have an Xtanx 603x with a shorted transistor i cant seem to find any documentation on it. All i can tell it is made by samhop, if someone can please help me find a datasheet or a list of equivalent parts. i would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Perry! I appreciate it, i was hoping to find the manufacture data sheet, but doing a search with just j108 samhop doesn't come up with anything. i just wan to make sure i put a proper equivalent in its place.
