Looks like you just need the waveguide cutout, and you're ready to assemble!

I'm interested to see how your woofer port cutouts look once finished. Construction wise, you're approach looks like one good way to do it. Other option I see is to cut a channel top to bottom, and then put in spacers via pocket screws or even just glue. XRK version looks to be done this way. Guess the finished appearance will be the deciding factor to me....one more rounded, and the other square.

I just had some issues with PE on the drivers (open-box), so I went with PRV directly (their website) and had them delivered in 2-3 days time. Very happy with how things are turning out so far.
