Anybody have any idea?? Box size is approximately 2.3 liters.

You certainly need more than that for the 8545.

Assuming it's a two way, box size won't affect crossover much. The impedance differences between boxes are down in the bass range.

You might consider using or adapting an existing crossover in an existing model. Saves all that testing. Here are a couple of threads where this model has been covered before:
