we werent able to find a cheap oh-pj. Most were going for $100 CDN on ebay.ca And retail were $200-$1k depending what you want. And also after a lot of research, most ohp we found didnt have a high end lens (good triplets). And many ppl said reg ohp lens dont do a decent job (Ace can back me on that).
So faiz and I went for the lumenlab standard lens (DR_BEV's recommendation). Why not buy good lenses since they were cheaper than a used ohp? (in our case at least). Plus this makes a diy-pj more compact too.
Granted tho - ohp are much easier to build 🙂
