X150.5 serial number check?

Hi there, finally purchased an X150.5, which has been my dream amp for yrs.. .
serial # 18501. (220v)
Read the later ones have 20 transistors rather than 12, and possibly other small upgrades. Is there a way of checking which model iteration ?

I think all 150.5 have 20 outputs per channel.
