Even TI shows it as Out of stock.
It's a little more expensive, but can't you use the OPA2132U, which seems to be the same chip with a slightly stricter standard.? They seem to be in stock at TI and reputable vendors.

Unfortunately, the circuit was designed and optimized around the 2134U and I'm not the designer so I wouldn't know how to make the corrections myself.

I might end-up getting the opa2132UA since the specs are pretty close as per mason_f8. I hope it works as expected.
In the meantime, if anyone has some 2134UA, I'm all ears!

OPA2132UA will work perfectly fine. The 2134 is just a lower binned version of the 2132, hence the price difference.
