WTD - Toshiba 2Sk117 GR 4-5mA IDSS

I need 4 of the 2SK117GR in the 4-5mA IDSS range, in the UK, anybody able to help?

Well, today I soldered 2 of them 🙁. If there's no one to help you in UK, I can try to find 4 of them. I have plenty of K117BL, if there's no problem to use them.

2SK117-GR = 2SK209-GR and the latter is widely available, e.g. from Mouser.

You just need an adaptor PCB.

Another option is 2SK880. Mouser and Digikey stock both GR and BL Idss types 😎
