I can't find any from the usual sources and don't trust eBay sellers unsurprisingly.

Yes, my bad, I need the TO220 version, I can't deal with SMT too well. No TO220 in stock...

I have a used one, but that's no good to you. Join Analog and ask for two free samples, can't get more kosher than that.
