I *think* I have an old sony in dash EQ with the same plug.. I just need to remember where I put it.. hahahah! If I dig it out and it's right, is there a small collector interest in a small run of a dozen or two? if I have to source parts i'd rather do it for a small run than a one-off ya know? waste of shipping costs on a handful of parts.
5 pin, 2 tier w/locking side pins? Take a clear macro of your connector port if you can.
Ok, will take a pic tonight or tomorrow.
MatthewS,
Here's some pics of the connector. As you can see they are square locking pins.
lemme know.
thanks

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

Yeah, that's the same one I have here, I dug it out yesterday. Looks like they used it on a few different things with the same pin arrangement, just less wires on non-amplifiers. So you have the plug it seems and just want to source the pins. You might have to use a mini file to smooth out some of that connector, but it still looks like it'll hold a locking pin.

Hi,
can you please take pics of your connector so I can see ?
thanks
I can just tell you if you want and save the time? See the numbers on the rear of the 2nd photo down?
Pins:
1) GND
2) GND
3) VCC+
4) REMOTE
5) VCC+
Tie the GND's together, Tie the VCC's together. They are doubled up for increased current capability on the amplifiers. Inline fuse the VCC accordingly if the amplifier doesn't have one built in. On EQ's 2 & 5 may be unpopulated. Aside from that, my picture won't be any different than your picture. I just have more wires.. LOL.

Still need to see a picture your connector plug and the pins.
Does it have yellow and blue wires ?
I wanna try and match it like this

That harness ^^^^ IS a match to mine and every other factory Sony harness. It saves me the time of taking macros and uploading to just confirm that. Those are the correct colors, in the correct places.

Hi, when you have some time, please upload some pics.
thanks
You already have pictures of the plug in this thread.
Hi, I need to see yours so I can 100% make sure it is the same.
Thanks
I told you more than once it is the same, but you're insisting that I take my EVO, which takes horrible macro stills, and attempt to take and upload a blurry photo of the same connector that is shown in this thread more than once. Why?
I never said mine was for sale. It goes with the unit I have here. I simply used it to confirm what you needed to know. I'm not going to seperate a good harness from a good unit. You posted a photo showing that you have a plug and it's just missing wires. You have enough info here to repair your current harness. You're confusing me.
