WTB: portable, diy prebuilt low impedance amp

I was looking for someone to build a CMoy modified to be suitable for low impedance and low sensitivity headphones or another DIY amp that would be suitable. No other requirements (though I'd prefer it use regular batteries like AA or other cells, 9volt would be okay).
