Maybe LM4780 IC | Chipamp Electronics ?
I might even have the unbuilt amp kit from chipamp in the basement, and I'd be happy to sell you the chips, if they're the right ones.

Hi Tubesguy,
If you do have 2 LM4780 I would gladly buy the ICs. The NOPB is just the part without lead but I don't really mind if they're NOPB or not for as long as they're genuine.
Thanks

As you may know LM4780 are on the off ramp to obsolescence. Both Mouser and Digi-Key now require 45 minimum quantity. I bought 2 for a Parallel 86 + Modulus 86 4 channel build to power my LXminis about 2 weeks ago from Newark, who had a 1 minimum but the price was a bit over $15!
Newark/Farnell has them in stock both in the US and UK. They're an official TI distributor.

I'll buy them from TPA audio, they have some in the parts bin and the shipping is very respectable, unlike the 25$ shipping tag of Newark Canada.
Tom, since the LM4780 is going disco, are you planning to modify your Parallel86 to a dual LM3886? It probably would also help for heat dissipation.
Thanks
