WTB: Linearx LMS v4.x install disk

Ive lost my linearx lms install on the pc. The card still passes the self calibration process, so I would like to put it to use.

An older v3.x install would be helpful. However, I don't have documentation for the older versions and v4.x would be much preferred.

Any help or leads would be much appreciated.
