WTB Buffalo DAC

Will buy a plug-n-play nicely-assembled kit with all the goodies, in a well-made safe box, prefer with RCA outputs, but Balanced will do.

Buffalo uses Sabre ESS9018 DACs, Oppo BDP-95 use this DAC OPPO BDP-95 Blu-ray Disc Player

Sabre isn't a dac, it's a chip. Are you saying that Buffalo and Oppo 95 will sound the same?

Hi, Murphy. I did see your dac, to be honest the shoe box chassis with chicken wire cover are not appealing to me. I'm sure it sounds great..

lol, no trouble. If I cant sell it, I think ill upgrade the **** out of it! its a side project because I have now bought the john's brown nes sdplayer so this will be fun to try to get it really good.
