These are old Philips 14-bit DAC chips.
D is ceramic version and P is plastic.
I have an old Philips CD player with P version which sounds nice, so I'd like to have some spare parts just in case and maybe try the D version which might sound even better, I don't know.

TDA1540D
D version sound much much better than P version. I have also an old CD player with TDA1540, change the P to D version and wow! What a difference it makes! Worth try it.
