i manage to connect wrong -+ voltage, is the transistors/ transformer/jfet destroyed ? smoke from resistor .47 and .56

Maybe. Maybe not. Transformer is probably OK.

first check them with buzzer/diode test

in case that you molested just one channel, compare it with unmolested one

i order all new parts except input transformer the one i didn't blow up works fine.
