i dont think that is enough light at all. if you wanna go real cheap than buy a 300w halogen at walmart or homedepot. but make sure you can cool it

you should try a car head light - and old computer
power supply - or 300w halogen flood light
heck a 100w flood light - the one with the built in
reflector would give you almost 4 times the light,
a par 38 flood lamp - GE has one that 1200 lumens
and its all facing the LCD
If it works great fine - but your only getting the light
facing the lcd from the FLO light - divide that 1800
lumens into 4 thats 450 lumens - now the LCD cuts
that down a lot more like 30% and may be as high
as 90% of you light
