I do understand the drive to build something like this as a challange ...to yourself ...maybe , but otherwise, i mean do you listen to the music or go nuts just looking at them ?

Exactly! And most of that money would go into upgrading my listening room to a house with an ocean view and a great wine cellar! Ha ha!
That amplifier has a bright future......in an EDM club in Vegas. And I highly doubt it will take 1.6M to get it there 🙂
