It those are SPL figures for 2.83V input they are very impressive.

Due to Baffle step, the Woofer is an passive 3-way must have
6dB more SPL/Volt so you are looking at a 100dB/2.83V woofer.
Alternatively two 94dB/2.83V woofers used in parallel.

🙂 sreten.

yes they are 2.83v / m as specified by the companies data.

I was looking to use a 10" subbass woofer - i have come accross the peerless SLS 263, CSX 257 H or 260 SWR. Also i have looked at the seas CA25RE4X/DC and the seas excel W26FX001. But he sensitivity of these are all 89 - 91dB ish.

Any more suggestion - would prefer not to have to use more than 1 bass driver (subbass)

Well, this is a 15, but a lot of people used to use the Audax PR380M2. This has been discontinued, but only recently, and you still might find some around whether on Ebay or elsewhere.

There are some Fostexes around, but the excursion is miniscule.

Otherwise, you might just have to use a pro sound woofer.
