WM8741 opus dac to BA/SE LTR110Transformer Output Stage

How to connect the balanced output of the WM8741 (opus dac dual mono)
to a Monacor LTR 110 Audio Transformer to get single ended output?
I read a lot about but didn't find the answer, are there Resistors needed ?
