I have an Edcor XPWR059-120/240. I want to make sure I'm reading this wiring diagram correctly.

Any insight will be helpful and appreciated and you just may save me from blowing up the transformer!

Yes, connect together the two solid color primary wires.
Also connect together the two striped colors primary wires.
Then these two nodes are the line input. Their instructions and your drawing are correct.
