This may be a silly ? and I hope I'm in the right place. I have an Asus laptop w/BT, peavey PV10 mixer(no BT) and a Bose L1 speaker w/BT. Is there some way to run sound from my laptop to my mixer via BT then send sound from my mixer to my L1 via BT?
No. Your mixer does not have bluetooth. You'll need an external receiver.
However, as someone that's being doing live sound for a good number of years, I'd insist that you run a cable instead. Wireless connections should be treated with suspicion. 2.4GHz (as bluetooth is) even moreso: it might work in soundcheck, but when the audience shows up with their mobile phones constantly scanning on 2.4GHz WiFi and bluetooth, your connection is going to suffer.
Wireless connections should only be used for things that have to move around on-stage, like vocal mics with a singer that puts on a show.
I'm going to make the (IMO fairly safe) assumption that you won't be dancing with your laptop, so in your position I'd grab a cheap USB soundcard (headphone sockets are too easily broken), and run from there to your mixer.

I didn't even think about cell phones and there'll be a lot of them. If someone were savvy enough, I guess they could pair their phone with my speaker and hijack it. Guess I'm gonna stick to hard wiring the speaker for now. Thanks for the reply.
