Wireless analog connection TV -> amp?

I use an AKG wireless headphone (T305 UHF 864 MHz). One transmitter can serve several headphones. I transmit TV sound also to the bathroom to a receiver gutted from a defect headphone combined with an active PC loudspeaker. These headphones have AGC dynamics compression, so the noise goes up during silent periods.

Now why didn't I think of wireless headphones - thanks oshifis! For my tv2headphone it is perfect...
Now, can't they be swithed to different frequencys to avoid interferring with others of the same brand? This might get them usefull for multichannel where the amp is in the speaker.
Have you found a way to shut the AGC off?

Brgds

Hi Turbon,

The transmitter frequency can be switched to an alternative channel and the receiver can be adjusted continuously. It has a PLL too, like any other FM receiver. I did not bother with disabling the AGC. Overall, I am satisfied with the sound - well it is an AKG.
