Yes, it'll take 2 sets of speakers.
I expect the connections for each channel are just wired in parallel, so watch out for using low impedance speakers in parallel - the amplifier is unlikely to hack it.

PS - you'll need a crossover for subwoofers. Doing a post-amplifier crossover is a lot of work in comparison: you may as well get a 2nd amplifier and make an active crossover.
