Will this property decode and split up into real 5.1?

I’ve built an amplifier with a few Dayton kabd dsp boards and two Wondom 2x160’s. The amplifier unit has the ability to take in all 6 channels and run a two way active front bookshelf, two way active center, subwoofer and fullrange surrounds. Just as details, the sealed Anarchy 5.5” in each bookshelf and the bass unit will be getting a hundred wpc clean. The subwoofer may end up being a sealed Dayton Epique 5.5” with a hundred watts to each 4ohm coil.

So, I found this cool looking decoder with a remote. It looks licensed by Dolby and while unsure, it might be able to do modern 5.1 as I’ve heard older Dolby wasn’t all that great. Y’all think this would be an ok unit? I’m not shooting for some amazing pure high end experience, just proper 5.1 to enjoy movies better. I’d also be interested for someone to suggest a good raw decoder board and I could put it in a matching electronics enclosure. Ultimately, true 5.1 and volume control over the rca outs is all I really am looking for.
