$600 budget gives you a lot of flexibility in what drivers to choose. Extremis 6.8 isn't a sub, Shiva is a decent, value oriented sub, NHTs are pretty decent, again, value oriented.
What really determines things for you is shipping- it's easy to double the price of the driver, if it's not imported to Argentina already. I would call around, see what drivers are available from argentinian firms, then ask "From this list, can you recommend a driver?"
The large Peerless drivers are very well regarded indeed, as are the adire offerings. At a $600 budget, however, I'd be looking probably at TC sounds, which offers some fantastic looking units.
But again, what's available locally determines the options you have to achieve the highest performance for your cost.
