Certainly here you have to be careful to use the correct services for shipments, returns etc. The mail has "tracked" services which tell you they've been delivered, but won't work with ebay as there's no proof of delivery. You have to use the ones where a delivery signature is required, and add a note that the addressee only may sign for it (no neighbours!).
