Qts for white cone is 0.24, more like a dedicated midrange driver.
Why a difference and also why are specs and measured response of black version slightly different to a year ago?

Because they've changed some characteristic of the motor assembly or cone construction?
Possibly. The black cone MW19P-4 manufacturers specs used to have a really nice sloping response - altho I didn't see this on hificompass own measurements. Then coincidentally SB updated the measurements to show a v different response, closer to hifi compass
