As the temperature decreases there are major changes in the FS of the woofer, the impedence, and Freq response.

Err no very much disagree!
How did he measure?
He does not mention his hardware for recording the pramaters.
Unless he used something a reliable as a termlab sonsor (not a regular microphone) then his data can be skewed badly.
Not to mention he used a single driver, different drivers have different cone materials, differen surround types, compliences and materieals you can't base that as a rule for all drivers.
