Who recognize this amp?

The schematic follows D. Self, you can see by scrolling on the linked page. I have built such an amp, powered with a connex smps+-45 volt 500W. The sound is very good. Blameless Amp...because of the Sanken transistors the bias is adjustet to 65 mA in my amp.
I can not see the voltage of the capacitors on the board powersupply by looking to the pictures of your link. Perhaps only 50 volt ? I can understand the advice then...to change to 63 Volts if the amp is powerded with 35 Volt AC.

The output coils were missing. I use 2µH with 10 ohm/5 watt in the output network.
