Who makes the drivers in MB Quart?

I have stumbled upon some surplus MB Quart surplus drivers and am planning on making some of my own speakers with them. Does anyone know who the OEM manufacturer is? They are made in germany and my best guess would be Pearless, but i dont know for sure and would like to find some specifications on them.

I think MB Quart is a German outfit who makes their own.

Peerless is a Danish firm, not German.
