Which midrange for my 4-way system

I am considering 3 different midranges for my 4 way system.

Beyma 6mi90 6.5 inch
beyma 6mi100 6.5 inch
Beyma 8MI100 8 inch

The one I go with will accompany 18" subs, 15" upper bass, and 1" horns. Presently I am using Madison Knight 8, 8" drivers but they were just for fill until I could get something better. My present mid crossover points are 300hz and 3khz at 24db per octave. These are the best Midranges I can find that will keep up with the volume of the rest of the system. The 6'5" drivers might have to be ported to extend low enough to match up with the 15's. If anyone has any opinion on which of "these 3" would be the best and why, I would appreciate it.

the 6mi90 has the smoothest freq response, but it'll depend on the relative efficiency of the 15"s & how you're dealing with BSC, re:'The 6'5" drivers might have to be ported to extend low enough to match up with the 15's, well I'd be choosing the 15s to match the mids...
 
What is BSC? The 15's are Faitalpro 15FH520's Info on them can be found in the Multi-Way forum under (15" punch) posted by me. If I use the 6mi90 I will be using 4 of them to match 2 of the 15's. The 15's are locked in, it took forever to find them and they sound beautiful and I will not be replacing them.

The Beyma 8MI100 8 inch might have better integration with the 15".
The Faitalpro 15FH520 is a beauty.
It seems that the 8MI has less peaks and deeps and a future better integration with HF with a lower peak breakup at HF. Overall it looks better (unless something else). The 4xmids is one other thing to consider, and for that the small mids might be better. But what you want I think is not a mid, but like tinitus said, an upper low frequency.
(I)Think like 15", 12", CD and (S)tweeter. Please express all of your setup for posters to comment, and not only "what the best mid?!"
 
Does anyone know the relationship between "infinite baffle" frequency response curves and "sealed cabinet" response curves? The mfg of the Beyma drivers I listed in this thread uses an infinite baffle for their response curves in which the Beyma 6mi90 has the best hf response, but when I model it with Bassbox pro it's frequency response is lower in the higher frequencies than the other two drivers.
If I lower the inductance on the 6mi90 to that of the other 2 drivers the hf is the same as the other two. The 6mi90 has a considerably less mms which according to some sources makes no difference where as the inductance does in hf response. So is the infinite baffle hf response correct or is the Bassbox. I tend to sway toward the infinite baffle measurement but would like someone with more knowledge in this area to give me some input.
 
The System

Here is the system:
Hf - will be 2 x Faitalpro HF10AK 1" drivers on a Beyma TS235, 90x40 lenses
mid - to be decided
mb - 2 x Faitalpro 15FH520 15" drivers
sub - 2 x Aura NRT18-8 18" drivers

4 way 24db per octave electronic crossover

15's will eventually be power with 3600 wpc @ 8 ohms
18's with the same

(The)Infinite baffle you mention (I think) is in relation to the specs of measurements and not as in a speaker the way you doing. It lowers the output (yes) and you might need a closed box (ok).
