Hi guys, I am looking to build as nice of a speaker as I can. So my questions are:
What are your top 3 caps that supply the very best bang for the buck?
(not to say that they must be cheap... but more what is worth the extra change?
And
Let's say I went with hi end caps> what inductors Should I use? Could you use "cheap inductors" without killing the values in the hi end caps? Or should the inductors be of equal quality? If so, can you tell me some inductors to look into.
Thanks in advance!

I haven't tried Audyn True Copper.
I'm using Wima MKP10. You wont like them in the beginning. You will get the feeling that something is wrong with the sound or something is missing. They will sound very nice after about 150-200 hours of use. (this is my experience). They will perform great with midwoofers & woofers. Also be careful here, there are a lot of Chinese counterfeit ones out there so buy them from good electronic store.
ERO MKT 1822 , yes i'm using these also, they are very good for your tweeter.
Use air core inductors for your speakers.

I am using tinfoil for my tweeters. It gave an out of the body experience over the old Audyn caps🙂
VERY MUCH SO - SNAKE OIL TERRITORY.
My favourite speaker manufacturer uses MUNDORF POLYPROP.
Then there are PIOs that use all manner of metals in their construction.
How much difference there is between them you will have to experiment. BUT, and its a BIG BUT, there is an enormous price hike for very little gain.
I'm talking about £200 for one capacitor.

I wouldn't skimp on inductors because if they are cored they need to be able to handle the current without the core saturating.
A 5A rated inductor with an 8 ohm loudspeaker is good for 200 W so I wouldn't use anything less than that though I don't know what power level you are using.
If they are air cored the resistance may be a problem in the bass low pass section in particular depending on the cross over design.
The Polypropylene capacitors are good. Falcon Acoustics list some Solen capacitors and the prices seem OK though that's in the UK.

It appears that the latest trend in High-End speakers is for Air-Cored inductors.
They are more expensive because they require more turns of copper wire but their sonic improvement is measureable.

Say what? tinfoil?
Caps
I used to work for a well known loudspeaker manufacturer when i was a kid, and in my experience i would honestly say dump the crossove and go active. This will give you a massive increase in sound quality, i've had so many speakers go through my hands and the active ones do sound the best.
i know you want advice concerning crossover caps,i simply present an alternastive for you to think about perhaps as a future project
