where to measure the Ipeak of the class A amplifier?
for one pair of output is it at the source resistor so example if the voltage measured at source resistor is 220mv with source resistance of 0.22 ohm then the output current is 1Aamp so is this the peak current? or 2Amps is the peak?

The peak current is twice the quiescent current.
Suppose the quiescent current is 1A as in your example.
That current can go up, at the limit of class A, to 2A, because at that point the 'other' output side goes to zero current.
Alternatively, if the 'other' output side goes to the 2A, then 'this' output side goes to zero.
Therefor, each output side can go from zero to 2A, so that's the peak output voltage.

so how do we calculate that how much amount of heat each output device is dissipating?
