Where to get a 44,1 kHz crystal ?

You are better off getting a higher frequency crystal and driving a counter with it.

I've worked on gear that uses about 400kHz and they use this method.

If you really need a 44.1k crystal it will be VERY expensive.
I suggest going for a freq range that is commonly made, such as for HF radio at about 4.41MHz

Make sure you read about aging.

If you want an over the top audiophile solution use a TCXO.
