Guess we are still in Canada and maybe Montreal. Sort of a landmark that pink house on top of the silo.
Yes the old Canada Malting silos on the Lachine Canal in Montreal. I honestly have no idea why there is a bright pink building on top. For that matter I don't know why the city allows that derelict heap to stand. My Montreal place is just a few blocks from there, there is a lovely green space and walking/biking paths along the canal. There is a second and equally derelict Canada Malting silo at the eastern end of the canal. I must look into the history of those sometime.
