Center die look a bit small for a 16-amp device?

Transistors on the left and right are (well, were) good devices. The one on the left is supposed to be the same part number as the middle.

Looking at construction details and specs, center device is for sure a fake while left and right devices appear to be genuine

You should be very careful when buying since fakes from old or discontinued Toshiba devices are very common nowadays [ie: All 2SA1302 & 2SC3281 sold today are fakes]

No doubts Eva, this smaller another transistor with change number marked on it

I can find a lot of them here too.... they are pretty, and is small rounded in up...not completely flat the can where the numbers are. Those are famous here, always red numbers, good paint, good appearance, always not to heavy as "good" transistors.

If you measure, not more than 3 amperes in 10 amperes real units, driving hard it burns.. also do not go to high frequencies related to the "good" ones, except 2N3055, the fake will go hy
frequencies better than Motorola and RCA's old units.

Also the picture do not seems to be real, normally you put your hands together (smile please)
