look at Jbell's offset driver model for the Vitavox "Thunderbolt" with EV15L vs the University Classic and EV Eliminator

the Thunderbolt, although pretty large, looks like it earns its name

are there good drawings for the Thunderbolt ?

those would be nice in a Karlson :D - - make a slotted pipe tweeter to mount on top - bur really it looks like making a larger back chamber might not help much with 15L ?

Yep it seems there's no escaping the ~80Hz cutoff with single cans in this style of bin with that driver. I'll take a proper look at the thunderbolt design later. Is there a 'standard' Karlson box for the evm driver or would I need to play with sizes ?

From reading other posts by you it seems you favour speakers with lots of 'punch' or kick which seems to be a quality I'm chasing..

Thanks,
Rob.
