You're right her singing "Gene" is not on Youtube I'll try and rectify that but it's in storage at this time. I might have a serious rarity.
"See You Yesterday" for something a bit different and also current in the way of time travel movies.
anybody else seen it?

It's a funny humor and a very kind film. It's good that I didn't see the trailer and didn't know the plot)😉"Last Christmas" was one of those slow burners that ran for months:
Mightily funny London movie. Of course an old plot. Essentially a Ghost movie. I knew I'd be blubbing by the end of it. And so it was. 😱
Scott, you are probably going to have to buy a USB turntable to upload Nichelle Nichols singing. But probably worth it.
I used to be quite the musical impressario myself. Somehow I got put in charge of a £5,000 budget for our annual College party.
The rule of 1-2-3 applies.
As Financial secretary, I threw my weight about and booked our third act, the Steel Band Cherry Pickers to get us going. I left the second and first act to the Entertainments secretary.

Got me tapping my feet. I forget who we put on later. Possibly Pink Floyd or Family or Doctor Feelgood. Good value for £1.50 imo.

"Night at the Opera" ---- probably one of the Marx Bros best -- but I hadn't realized until now that Kitty Carlisle sang "Rosa".
Kitty Carlisle sang at the MetOpera, was a panelist on "What's My Line" and became the grand dame of New York social life, head of the NY Historical Preservation Commission etc.

“Iron Sky, the Coming Race”. Where to start? Just put your brain on pause and strap in for the ride. Let’s just say there were more than a few hilarious moments - I found the cult of Steve particularly so. How exactly the performers could keep a straight face is beyond me.
Red Planet indeed.

Viggo Peter Mortensen Jr is a great actor. Both films are great. Today I was impressed by another film with his participation - "Captain Fantastic" directed by Matt Ross. Great soundtrack by Rain Planes - Israel Nash.
Just watched Coherence. Don't know how I missed it before. Engrossing. Immediately afterwards I Googled an explanation; first one I've seen with a diagram! 😀
"Les Dames du Bois de Boulogne" - wealthy guy gets tricked into marrying a prostitute, they live happily ever after. Released in the US 1964, but never on the small screen.
They say a prostitute will be a good wife.
I don't know, But I'm almost sure, my wife wouldn't be a good prostitute. 😉

Watched Another Round, or Druk, last night. Great performance from Mads Mikkelsen but I was offended by the treatment of alcoholism.

I rewatched the second Kill Bill and as tacky as this statement is, that movie is just the coolest one. Ever.

is that a movie? 😀
Yeah, it is a lifelong movie, a burlesque, if you asks me, in which I watch and play a part at the same time.

One of the most creepy and truthful films based on a true story. The main actor emigrated to Canada.
