i'm using Sanken output devices for power amplifier. They're 2SC2922/2SA1216, 2SC3263/2SA1294, 2SC2837/2SA1186... They're seem better than Toshiba devices. Sound better and very large SOA.
But they don't symmetrical characteristics between NPN & PNP like ON Semi devices. Cob, Ft...ect...
Sanken LAPT type seem more bass, tigher than ON SEmi devices.
And you, what're your favorite?

Why 2SC3264/2SA1295 the price lower a bit than 2SC2922/2SA1216? The both are LAPT (Large Area Parallel Transistor). 2SC3264 have more Vce, Ft, SOA than 2SC2922.
So, 2SC2922 better 2SC3264?!
