If I get simple 3-way cable splitter would not I create potential issues with impedance that pre-amp has to drive?
Yes or no, depending on the input impedance of the 3 loads in parallel and the output impedance (and current capability) of the preamp. In my practical experience, it's never been a problem pushing multiple pro power amps in parallel from a single preamp or mixing board output. The one exception was driving a whole rack of power amps...so I used the headphone output from the preamp...headphones a whole rack of power amps was still easy.
