Looks as if you push down and push a bare wire through the hole.

No. don't crimp ferrules. They hold better with bare wire. Use thick flexible wire say 2.5 to 4mm2
No connector but I like to solder just the tip of stranded wire so it doesn’t fray. Also a bit of a blob at the end of the wire stops it from being able to pull out.
By the way, as it's a coaxial speaker demanding an external crossover, where is the second pair of terminals supposed to be located? I don't see it in the global picture.
I don't have the transducer yet so I can't check. However the specifications report that a filter is required, so I guess there's no filter included.
