Hi !
I got 6 Motorola 2N3055 and i wonder what to build with them?
Is there anything to do? Any idea??
I also got 2 pieces of heatsink with holes for the six Motorola.
The transformer i already have is 18-0-18 500VA

A JLH amp seems to fit the parts you have.. try the search function, makes wonders😉

JLH amp is an option
With 6 2N3055 you only need 2 Mj2955 (for -'ve PS rails) and some handfull off other components to build your own JLH amp.
Schematic, PCB etc here .
You might consider not using a regulated PS and you only need 4 2N3055's
(your transformer will produce + and - 24V at no load)

No problem
Just considering the dc voltage , not the power rating (VA), the one you have should get you 22v without problem. Throw a thermistor (or three = one on the primary, one on each + - lead - ie CRC powersupply) in the circuit to keep down inrush current and you are fine.
