I used this one. Built-in LAN, graphics, sound, FireWire, USB 2.0, SP/DIF in/out. Just add CPU, memory, HD and FD (soon to be replaced by multi-format digital card reader). About USD 300 and supports DDR333/2700 and FSB 533. Only downside is that it is Soltek and some noise which I cured with new fans...

Sounds a bit like what I'm doing. I've got a project page for it at http://dsv.su.se/~oscar-ja/itx/. Any comments?
heres the thing. the lan hub was free the itx board was u got it free total cast $0. or i could just keep the mp3s on this server
the small case is nice. but there asking way to much for it
all in one boards will work and there cheaper but if the ram dies
wich it will or cpu its garbag. i get a lot of customers using all in one boards
