I built something along that line at work to reduce static on a metal cabinet beneath an HP monitor with touch controls. In my case it was an IEC cord with the female end cut off and a spade lug on the green wire and connected to the cabinet. It was somewhat less than $150 (Australian or US) and works just fine.

Are these guys selling bridges by any chance?
